Apollos Team Continues to Grow!
Published: 11 May 2018
Apollo’s team continues to grow, as we employ 14 new people! This takes our current number of employees to 180, doubling the amount we had just 5 years ago!
The latest additions to our team include:
Supply Chain Department: John Maughan, Liam Madden, Joshua Asher, Oliver Fowler, Kenneth Robinson and Kirk Thomas join our Supply Chain department as new Operatives. These new employees will help in the coordination of daily supply chain processes; ensuring that our goods are prepared to our customers’ exact requirements and keeping our lead times to a minimum. Adrian Hicks also joins as our new Warehouse Manager; this is a new position within the company to help manage, maintain and improve operational processes within the Warehouse.
Operations Department: Beverly Ann McKone, Ian Aldridge, Richard Llewellyn, Stuart Tither and Eduard Kuznecov join our Operations departments as new Operatives/Packers, whilst Mark Dolby joins as a Team Leader. These employees will help our production processes run smoothly, ensuring the highest quality is maintained throughout, allowing us to get our products right first time to our customers.
Engineering Department: Cameron Sherriff joins as a Maintenance Operative, to help support the department with the maintenance and upkeep of our machinery and buildings.
Our new employees have each shown synergy with our core values of Safety, Care and Trust, which factor into every decision we make on a daily basis and drive our business forward.
Ian Cornelius, Managing Director, comments: “The team at Apollo is always growing to ensure that we continue to add value to our customers, key to our brand promise, ‘More than adhesives’. Each new employee will play an integral part in our success, so please join me in welcoming and wishing them a long and happy employment at Apollo!”
