Offsite Adhesives

Apollo Offsite Construction Adhesives have been developed by our expert chemists for a variety of specific applications, including the manufacture of doors, caravans and SIPs. The range includes single-component (1K) and two-component (2K) polyurethane adhesives, including a choice of solvent-free adhesives.

Extremely versatile
Apollo Offsite Adhesives securely bond a wide range of construction products and materials, including most metals, timber, most types of insulation (EPS, PIR and XPS) and un-plasticised PVC (u-PVC).

Minimises production costs
Apollo Offsite Adhesives allow you to reduce production costs by minimising manual production time. Our adhesives have specifically developed open-times, allowing you sufficient time to complete essential tasks, without being too excessive.

Reduces equipment costs
Equipment costs are a key concern for any manufacturer, especially given the current economic climate. Apollo Offsite Adhesives eliminate the need for you to invest in expensive equipment because it has been developed specifically for manual application. The adhesives are simple to apply with a hand-roller, trowel, scraper or an automatic bead-applicator.

Complete peace of mind
At Apollo, we understand you need total confidence that the adhesives you are using can withstand extreme environmental conditions. Apollo Offsite Adhesives form high-strength durable weatherproof bonds, which are resistant to water, extreme temperatures (-30-150°C) and even chemicals once fully cured.

Green credentials
Green issues are becoming increasingly important across all industries, and this trend is set to continue in the future. The Apollo Offsite Adhesives range consists of solvent-free polyurethane adhesives, which helps you to meet the growing number of green issues. It also makes the product more pleasant for your employees to use to use compared to solvent-based products (VOCs), creating a more comfortable working environment.
