New Teams at Apollo
Published: 07 July 2016
At Apollo, we are committed to adding value for our customers across the entire supply chain; this is communicated via our brand promise 'More than adhesives'. To ensure we live up to this promise, we delighted to announce the creation of the following teams:
- Change-Management (Raw materials, Formulation and Packaging): To ensure that change is managed by the right people at the right time, and make it easier to anticipate the challenges faced when introducing change.
- QUENSH: To develop a revised QUENSH system for processing, investigating and reporting issues, and encourage the reporting and resolution of issues.
- New Product Development (NPD): To identify and develop new products, which add value for both Apollo and our customers.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of new projects, and positively impact the customers’ overall experience.
The new teams are headed up by Bethany Turner, Rhyannon Smith, Martin Penton and Sneh Sethi. Individuals from right across Apollo are actively involved in these teams, with the aim of developing ideas that allow us to grow by delighting our customers and to ensure that this growth is easier for everyone at Apollo to manage.
Ian Cornelius, Managing Director, states “Apollo’s new project teams are proof of our commitment to constantly solve our customers’ problems and deliver excellent customer experience. The new teams will help to ensure that we are in a position to realise our vision of becoming our customers ‘unseen coating, adhesive and primer department’.”
